1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Biloten Beauty Salon ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Appointments

2.1 Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance either by phone, email, or through our online booking system. We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for regular services and 4-6 weeks for special occasion appointments.

2.2 Confirmation

We will confirm all appointments within 24 hours of booking. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at +1 416-624-1031 or [email protected].

2.3 Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on our schedule availability.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 Advance Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This policy allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients.

3.2 Late Cancellation

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking and is guaranteed for 30 days from booking date.

4.3 Gratuities

Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory. If you wish to leave a tip, it can be added to your payment or given directly to your service provider.

5. Service Policies

5.1 Consultation

All first-time clients and clients requesting new services will receive a consultation to discuss expectations, potential outcomes, and any contraindications.

5.2 Allergies and Medical Conditions

Clients must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities that may affect their treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful to the client.

5.3 Pregnancy

Pregnant clients must inform us of their pregnancy status. Some services may not be suitable during pregnancy, and modifications may be necessary.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their health, allergies, and previous treatments that may affect the services provided.

6.2 Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by our staff to ensure optimal results and prevent complications.

6.3 Behavior

We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate appointments for inappropriate behavior.

7. Liability and Results

7.1 Results Disclaimer

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, individual results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes as results depend on various factors including skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.3 Insurance

Biloten Beauty Salon maintains professional liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

8. Product Sales

8.1 Product Recommendations

Our staff may recommend specific products to enhance and maintain your treatment results. These recommendations are based on professional assessment and are not mandatory.

8.2 Product Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. Opened products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

9. Privacy and Photography

9.1 Client Privacy

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding all client information and treatments. Please see our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

9.2 Photography Consent

Before and after photos may be taken for record-keeping purposes with your consent. These photos will not be used for marketing without your written permission.

10. Gift Certificates

10.1 Validity

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

10.2 Transferability

Gift certificates are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
